• Dispatch Timeframes: For products stocked in our warehouse, orders typically leave us within 3-5 business days. During busy periods like sales or holidays, dispatch times may be a bit longer.

• Tracking Details: We provide tracking information for all Australia Post deliveries that leave directly from our warehouse. However, for items shipped from partner warehouses, tracking information may not always be available.

• No Guarantees on Delivery Speed: Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the capable hands of the delivery partner. While we’ll do our best to make sure your order gets to you quickly, we can’t guarantee exact delivery times.
