Out here, we know how far the postie has to go. Whether you're 30km past the last town or two hours from the nearest bitumen, we make sure your gear gets there.
Shipping from the bush isn't always easy - but we’ve built our business around making it happen.
1. We Ship Every Day (From Our Own Shed)
Our warehouse is right here on the land, not in some city distribution center. Orders are packed by hand - usually by Matt, Mel, or someone who knows the difference between a cattle station and a postcode. That means faster dispatch and fewer stuff-ups.
2. We Know How to Reach You
PO box? Cattle grid? A drop-off at the local servo? No worries. We work with couriers and Australia Post to make sure even the most remote addresses are serviceable. We’ve delivered to outstations, dongas, and properties without street numbers - and we’ll make sure yours is no different.
3. You’ll Know Where It’s At
Every order comes with tracking you can trust. If there's ever a hiccup or you're wondering where it’s up to, just give us a ring. No call centers, no runaround — just real answers from real people who give a damn.
4. Freight That’s Fair
We keep freight prices as low as we can. No inflated city mark-ups or “regional surcharges” just because of where you live. We’re rural too, and we know how much that matters.
5. Special Requests? We’ve Got You
Need a parcel sent ahead to a shearing team? Want a care package to land during mustering? Let us know and we’ll make it work. We've got your back.
Getting gear into the outback isn’t an obstacle. It’s our job — and one we take seriously. When you order from Outback Clothing Co., you’re not just buying good gear. You’re trusting us to get it there, on time, in one piece, and without the drama.
Got a tricky address? Not sure how to set it up? Get in touch — we’ll sort it out together.
