For customers paying via bank transfer: we will never change our bank account details based solely on an email request.

If you receive communication advising that our banking details have changed:

Website Purchases

Customers purchasing via our website:

  • Are not required to manually transfer funds.

Why This Policy Exists

Email interception and payment redirection scams are increasing across Australian businesses, particularly in agriculture, construction and rural supply sectors.

Australian banks do not verify account names against BSB and account numbers prior to processing payments. This means funds can be transferred to an incorrect account if details are compromised. Taking a few extra minutes to verify details can prevent significant financial loss.
