These Saddles are Made to Order and about 3-4 weeks Turnaround from order.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post Standard Delivery, with other trusted carriers used when faster or more reliable service is needed.
Tracking is provided for items sent directly from our warehouse; however, tracking may not be available for products shipped from partner warehouses.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only, and Outback Clothing Co. can’t guarantee exact delivery speeds once orders are with the carrier. For any delivery issues, we’re happy to contact the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated.
We accept returns within 20 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, email sales@outbackclothingco.com.au . Once approved, we’ll provide the return address. Items sent without authorisation won’t be accepted. Customers cover return shipping.
Non-returnable items: personalised/custom items, sale items, event purchases, quoted-order items, and gift cards.
We don’t offer exchanges—approved returns receive store credit. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us right away.
EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period as required by law.
